What can we learn from cheese?

Because this is my first post, I feel I should introduce myself. My name is Katy and cheese is my favorite food. Something about its versatility and the way it’s made fascinates me. Plus, the production  of it is intricately entwined with human behaviors, attitudes and culture, which is my other passion in life. This blog is dedicated to a project I will be doing my junior and senior years at The College of Idaho, where I am currently pursuing my undergraduate degrees in Anthropology and Environmental Studies.
